As a lifelong gear-head and technologist this is an attempt to describe my thoughts and philosophies about transportation and life in general. It’s a work in progress, and I hope that you will enjoy it.

Gary Lieber is a road test and technology editor at Clean Fleet Reports and a regular contributor to eBay Motors blog, and myRidesMe.com.
Gary is a Silicon Valley technology veteran, having spent over 20 years as an executive at Apple and Microsoft. He is a life-long technologist, club racer, and gear-head. He has written about cars for the last ten years, and has focused on battery electric cars, autonomous vehicles, and the technologies behind them.
He is an organizer of “Silicon Valley Reinvents the Wheel, founder of the San Francisco Bay LEAF owners association, former Concours Chairman for the Porsche Club of America, and currently serves as Vice President of Communications for the Western Automotive Journalists.
He likes to modify his cars by adding features that are unique to the marque. His Porsche 911 is a multiple Concours winner including Top 911 at Porsche Parade in 2005 and 2015. His Volkswagen GTI has been tricked out with engine management upgrades and style enhancements not commonly available on this side of the pond.
